Sulfur-Rite SystemThe SULFUR RITE® process is a cost-effective solution for continuous hydrogen sulfide removal for sulfur removal operations with a maximum H2S load typically less than 500 lbs/day. The process is selective to H2S and light mercaptans and is especially effective where removal of other gas components, such as CO2, is not required.

The SULFUR RITE® process is a simple addition to any facility and uses a sacrificial media bed arrangement as shown. It does not require expensive ancillary equipment, such as filters, additives or flare gas makeup. There are no moving parts to maintain, no air emissions to control and no liquid stream requiring expensive disposal.

In any application, an easy-to-operate SULFUR RITE® system requires minimal operator attention and is less costly to install than competing processes. This process has been field-proven in diverse industries on applications with a wide range of flows.
