Merichem Chemicals & Refinery Services LLC Opens UK Offices
Houston, TX based Merichem Chemicals & Refinery Services LLC (MCRS), a wholly own subsidiary of Merichem Company, announced the opening of offices in the United Kingdom effective January 5, 2001. The new offices are Located at 13-21 High Street, Frensham Suite, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DG. Carlos Rolandelli will be Manager of European and Middle Eastern Business Development.
Merichem's Process Technology Division licenses its proprietary FIBER FILM® Contactor treating technology, and engineers and fabricates related process equipment to the oil refining and petrochemical industries worldwide. Merichem has licensed over 500 installations in more than 35 countries that remove sulfur and other acidic and basic impurities in hydrocarbon products to produce marketable fuels.
Merichem Company has for 55 years served the worldwide refining and chemical industries by purchasing, transporting, and processing refinery caustic solutions to produce specialty chemicals that include cresylic and naphthenic acids as well as derivative products.
