Merichem Migrates to Oracle July 1, 2006

On July 1, 2006, Merichem Company and Merichem Chemicals & Refinery Services LLC is “going live” on our new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system: Oracle E-Business Suite. 

We are excited about the capabilities of this new system and the ways in which it will allow us to be a better business partner. The new system being initiated July 1, 2006 will be a marked improvement over our previous system. This foundational change provides a solid platform for growth and continued improvement in information management and connectivity. We are dedicated to making this a successful transition and to using this system to improve the essential processes of data management and service with our suppliers and partners.

During the early days of the transition, we anticipate a few days where access to old and new systems will be hindered. We ask for your patience, understanding, and, as needed, assistance in this transformation.
