Phosphoric Acid Production

The first application of the Merichem’s LO CAT® technology for odor control started up in 1980 in a chemical processing application; and the first WWTP odor control applications started in 1985. The success of these early odor control LO CAT® projects led to several more installation. The LO CAT® process was incorporated into a phosphate mining/phosphoric acid production operation in 1992.
