TiO2 Production
Whether Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is produced with the sulfuric acid (sulfate process) or the chlorine (chloride process) sometimes there becomes a need to remove H2S that is evolved during industrial scale manufacturing. Merichem’s LO CAT® process has proven to be highly effective in removing H2S associated with the production of TiO2 since 1995 at facilities in the United States and Europe.
