Merichem’s project managers review the specific customer requirements and work closely with the customer and Merichem’s own Engineering to ensure those requirements are implemented in a timely and cost effective manner. Utilizing a critical chain project management approach, Merichem’s project managers are able to keep project schedules shorter compared to field-assembled components. Merichem’s project managers insure that equipment components and modular systems are shipped well-protected and arrive at the customer’s site in good condition. Merichem provides required support to the customer during construction tie-ins, commissioning and start-up of Merichem process units.
